Training & Mobilization

We're equipping Americans, Venezuelans, Middle Easterners, and Central Asians for cross-cultural ministry.

Our training teams in America, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East train local believers in theology and cross-cultural mission work. All of our training programs prepare participants for long-term ministry work while trainees live in community and serve the city where they live. Training program participants also have the opportunity to serve short-term in an international context.

Church planting and cross-cultural ministry are difficult and rewarding and we know that they require serious commitment and preparation. All long-term workers on the field are required to complete one of our training programs.

We’re looking for mentors, administrators, and teachers to serve in our training programs.

All of our training programs accept participants from different regions at different times during the year.
